Thomas Dean is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Analyst III on the CloudCOE team at Williams since January 2020, focusing on the development of cloud-native platform services using Terraform and secured DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Prior roles at Williams include IT-GIS Analyst and IT-GIS Intern, where spatial data analysis was performed using the ArcGIS Python API and ESRI ArcMap. Thomas also has a background in teaching English as a Second Language at Chungdham Academy and abroad with I Can Read, as well as experience in account management with Live Solutions Inc. and event organization as a Field Day Instructor. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University.
