Thomas McCoy is the Senior Vice President of Upstream at Williams, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served as Vice President of Production at Cimarex Energy from 2003 to 2022 and worked as a Reservoir Engineer at both Phillips Petroleum Co (1987 - 2000) and Vintage Petroleum (2000 - 2003). Thomas holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, obtained between 1980 and 1987.
