Tim Harris

Tim Harris is a seasoned construction and measurement professional with extensive experience in the energy industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager III and Measurement and Controls Lead Tech at Williams since January 2015, Tim specializes in meter calibrations, gas sampling, and system balancing. Prior to this role, Tim worked as Measurement and Controls Supervisor at Access Midstream for a brief period post-merger, overseeing three direct reports and one contractor. Tim's career began at Blackfeather Services as Roustabout Foreman, where responsibilities included overseeing tank batteries and pipeline construction, and continued at Chesapeake Midstream Management, where technical skills in meter calibration and troubleshooting were further developed. Tim Harris holds a high school diploma from Verden High School.
