Tim Powell has over 25 years of experience in environmental permitting and management within the oil and gas industry. Since June 2011, Tim has served as the Director of Permitting at Williams, focusing on natural, cultural resource, and air permitting across the U.S. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Land, Permits, Mapping, and Survey, overseeing environmental and related functions for expansion projects in the Atlantic-Gulf Operating Area. Tim also managed environmental permitting for key pipeline projects as the Manager of Permitting-Gas Transmission and began his career as an Environmental Specialist at Williams, dealing with a variety of oil and gas projects. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Texas A&M University and a Master's Degree in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
