Toby Lattea

Toby Lattea, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and operations in the gas and energy sectors. Since November 2007, Toby has served as the Director of Projects at Williams, overseeing engineering and construction projects for the Ohio River Supply Hub, leading a team focused on midstream gathering, compression, fractionation, and cryogenic plants. Prior to this role, Toby was the Manager of Development and Operations at Dominion Transmission, Inc. from February 2004 to November 2007, where responsibilities included project management for gas transmission and storage projects. Toby's career in engineering began at Mountaineer Gas Company from August 1995 to February 2004, where engineering expertise was developed. Toby holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
