Tyler Evans

Tyler Evans is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Managing Attorney at Williams since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing a legal team that supports the Corporate Strategic Development function and managing significant M&A activity. Tyler has acted as lead counsel on numerous high-profile transactions, including co-investments and acquisitions in the energy sector. Previously, Tyler held positions such as Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney at McAfee & Taft, focusing on energy and corporate matters, and served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Trailblazer Energy Resources, LLC, where a legal department was established. Earlier experience includes an attorney role at Pray Walker, P.C., specializing in upstream and midstream energy matters. Tyler earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and completed a degree at Oklahoma State University.
