William Shay is an accomplished Principal Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at Williams since June 2025, William previously held similar positions at ONEOK from October 2023 to June 2025 and at Magellan Midstream Partners from July 2021 to February 2024. Earlier roles include Sr. Enterprise Architect at Williams from July 2019 to July 2021 and Sr. Enterprise Architect at Verizon from 1997 to 2019. William began his career at IBM, where involvement in software development and consulting occurred from 1991 to 1997. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New Mexico State University, completed between 1982 and 1990.
