Currently, YC serves as the Manager of Offshore Engineering at Williams, where they oversee detailed engineering projects and coordinate technical activities for various offshore structures. Prior to this role, YC worked at McDermott International Inc. as a Principal Naval Architect and spent nine years at DSME as a Senior Engineer, focusing on structural detail engineering for offshore projects.
