David Conroy

David brings six years of accounting and financial diligence experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, David was a member of the strategy and transactions practice of EY in New York for six years. While at EY, David served as an advisor to corporate and private clients on their contemplated buy-side and sell-side transactions. David’s industry experience includes financial services, with a particular focus on asset management, banking and capital markets and financial technology.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.
