Ed Speidel

Ed brings two years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ed was a Senior Associate in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, where his clients included both public and private companies in the technology, retail, and aerospace & defense sectors. While at PwC, Ed provided services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also assisted clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including lease accounting, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation.

Ed is a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire, where he graduated summa cum laude.
