Eric Oden

Eric has over 15 years of experience providing clients with business consulting services. He has extensive experience in performing valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets, having performed multiple analyses for small, privately-held companies to large, publicly-traded corporations with market capitalizations in excess of $10 billion. Eric has a strong understanding and proficient knowledge base of valuation theory, concepts, and application pursuant to financial and tax reporting, with particular expertise in purchase price allocations, goodwill and asset impairments, stock-based compensation, gift and estate, and other matters. He has experience in a variety of industries, with a specialized focus in the life science, healthcare, software, and technology industries.

Before joining WilliamsMarston, Eric was a Senior Director and the Valuation Practice Leader at Oracle Capital LLC. Oracle Capital LLC provided complex valuation consulting services to pre-IPO, public, and private equity-backed companies throughout the world. At Oracle Capital LLC, Eric led a team of over 10 valuation specialists through numerous engagements for dozens of clients.

Mr. Oden holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University. He is also a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
