Jack Tower

Jack brings corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jack has advised clients in the life sciences, consumer products and pharmaceutical industries on ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, and income tax compliance.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jack was a Senior Tax Analyst in the Tax practice at EY LLP in Boston where his clients included public and privately held companies in the life sciences and medical technology industries. While at EY, Jack provided provision assistance, year-end audit support, research and development credit studies and compliance services.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College.
