Michael Glatt

Michael brings corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Michael was a supervising senior tax associate at Moffett & Associates, Inc. While at M&A, Michael prepared interim and year-end income tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures, federal and state income tax compliance, due diligence support, and other complex tax matters.  His clients included public and privately held corporate and partnership companies mostly in financial services including banking, broker-dealers and other lending practices as well as software, biotechnology and internet advertising.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach.
