Ryan Ganley

Ryan brings seven years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Ryan has advised a variety of clients on technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, preferred stock, and business process improvement. He has also supported clients throughout their external audit and monthly close processes.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ryan was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Florham Park, New Jersey office. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, his clients included various companies within the pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and life sciences industries. He provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Muhlenberg College.
