Evan Sharp is a real estate development and investment professional with extensive experience in commercial and affordable housing projects. They served as a Partner at Palmer Capital from 2011 to 2017, focusing on debt and equity in the office, industrial, and retail sectors across the Western United States. As a Project Manager at Jamboree Housing Corporation from 2019 to 2021, Evan managed the development of multifamily housing projects in Northern California. Currently, they are the Director of Real Estate at The William Warren Group, where they are acquiring properties for self-storage development and existing facilities. Evan holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
