Micky Devitt

Micky Devitt is an experienced attorney in labor law, currently serving as an Associate in the Labor Law Department at Willig, Williams & Davidson since May 2022. Prior to this role, Micky worked at the Immigrant Legal Center on the T/U/VAWA Visa Team from September 2021 to May 2022 and served as the Legal and Policy Coordinator at Heartland Workers Center between January 2020 and August 2021. Micky also held a position as a Legal Research Associate at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's Center for Public Affairs Research for a brief period in late 2019. From September 2008 to August 2019, Micky was employed as an Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, where responsibilities included investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges and conducting union representation elections. Educated at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law with a Juris Doctor earned in 2008, and holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado obtained in 2003.
