Mathilde Castex

Mathilde Castex is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience across various roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Communication at WILLING since April 2023, Mathilde previously worked as a Communication Consultant at Capgemini Engineering and as an HR Communications Advisor at Airbus. Earlier career milestones include positions as a Brand Coordinator and Conversation Manager at Mantu, and an Internal Communications Officer at Safran Helicopter Engines. Mathilde's educational background includes completion of a Master’s degree in Communication Strategies from ECS Toulouse and a BTS in Communication Strategies from Lycée Ozenne. Proficient in both English and Spanish, Mathilde has also gained valuable skills through international experiences in New Zealand, French Polynesia, and South America.
