Tom Hellier

Tom Hellier is a Senior Director of Rewards at WTW, bringing 20 years of experience in reward and broader HR strategies. Previously, Tom served as Head of Compensation, Benefits & Performance for EMEA at TikTok and was a Senior Client Partner and Head of Rewards & Benefits for the UK and Ireland at Korn Ferry. Tom began their career as an HR Specialist at Symbian before progressing to leadership roles within Willis Towers Watson, where they also held the position of Director & GB Practice Lead, Rewards. Tom earned a BA (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of York.
