Stephen Gardner

Stephen Gardner has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Willmar Electric Service since June 2008. Previously, Stephen held the roles of Project Manager and Director of Estimating within the same company. Prior to this, Stephen served in the United States Army for 20 years, culminating the service as First Sergeant. Academically, Stephen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Quality Management from Upper Iowa University, where studies took place from 2009 to 2011.
