Ryan Baum

Ryan Baum is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing high-end commercial projects valued between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since March 2024 and previously at Rimrock Construction from July 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this, Ryan served as Deputy Chief for the Fire & EMS Department in Spanish Fork City from May 2001 to March 2022, overseeing daily operations, budgets, staff management, and emergency response. Ryan also held the position of Public Works Inspector during this time. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Utah Valley University, obtained between June 2003 and August 2006.
