We focus on what we do best - Direct Hire Placement, including executive retained and contingency search, and Contract Placement. Our niche focus areas make Willmott a single source for both short and long-term staffing needs anywhere in the country. Our culture is driven by our mission to help people, and to “do the right thing”, which has built our reputation, sustained our success, and strengthens our network of 30,000+ HR & Accounting / Finance professionals.
After 10+ years as an HR professional, Clark Willmott founded Willmott & Associates, Inc. in September of 1982. The mission was always to help people with their careers. Helping companies enhance their HR, and more recently Accounting / Finance functions with new talent, has always been the byproduct. The key to the mission was, and will always remain, being a values-driven firm.
Serving our clients with the highest level of quality and integrity has enabled us to forge the long-term relationships that are the very core of our business. We bring the same philosophy to our candidate relationships, which has helped Willmott develop an unrivaled network.
