Stephen To

Stephen To is an experienced professional in the construction management field, currently serving as an Assistant Building Manager at Willmott Dixon since November 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Robertson Group as an Assistant Site Manager and Graduate Site Manager from September 2023 to November 2025. Experience also includes a position as a Trainee Project Controls Assistant at VolkerRail Ltd, where involvement in the Hope Valley Rail Upgrade project was highlighted, alongside completing a part-time role during university studies. Stephen holds a BSc Hons in Construction Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University, as well as a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Sheffield College, and GCSE qualifications from Eckington School and King Edward VII School.
