Willow & Finch is a Devon-based wholesale bakery specialising in gourmet cookies and counter bakes for coffee shops, farm shops and independent food retailers across the UK.

Founded by Elodie as a school project, Willow & Finch has grown into a nationally supplied bakery known for turning real ingredients into coffee shop favourites.

We create standout counter products designed for visual appeal, repeat purchase and dependable performance in busy café environments. Our range focuses on gourmet cookies alongside a carefully developed selection of traybakes and cakes.

Quality ingredients, consistency and presentation sit at the centre of everything we do. We are proudly palm oil free and remain committed to creating products with a handmade feel, strong counter presence and dependable nationwide supply.
