Founded by Maureen Russell, Willow Design creates calm, uplifting interiors for care and retirement living, backed by over 20 years’ experience. We design warm, reassuring spaces that support residential, dementia and neurodiverse needs in later life. With wellbeing at its core, our work enhances independence and creates a true sense of home for residents, families and care teams. Services include interior design, refurbishments, new‑builds, FF&E, space planning, procurement and installation.
