Rob Cowell is currently the Associate Director for Quality and Staff Development at Willows Way, a position they have held since 2012. In addition, Rob serves as the Site Director for Greater Midwest Baseball, coordinating operations for the profit Baseball Association since 2009. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Rob also pursued studies in Education at Northwest Missouri State University.
