Mitchell Caplan serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Willow Wealth. With over 30 years of leadership in financial services, Mitchell is focused on advancing Willow Wealth's mission to make private market investments more accessible to individual investors.

Mitchell's career has centered on transforming how financial products are delivered. As CEO of E*TRADE Financial, he helped pioneer the first fully integrated online brokerage platform. He previously led Telebanc, building the largest branchless bank of its time, and Jefferson National, where he developed a technology-driven, tax-deferred investment platform acquired by Nationwide.

In addition to his role at Willow Wealth, Mitchell is President of Tarsadia, where he oversees investments across financial services, healthcare, technology, and real estate. He joined Willow Wealth's board in 2021 following Tarsadia's lead investment in the company's $100 million Series C round and became Chairman in 2024.

Mitchell holds a J.D. and MBA from Emory University and a B.A. in History from Brandeis University. He is a proud grandfather and avid traveler who enjoys exploring the world with his family.
