We Deal in Talent. Our Currency is People.

(Don’t worry, we’re the good kind of traffickers.)

We operate in an industry where talent is everything. Recruitment is being disrupted by technology and AI, yet without humans, it's sterile, boring and ineffective.

Success in this game isn’t about gimmicks or half-baked AI solutions - it’s about relationships and networks. Everyone claims they’re doing things differently, which usually means they’re all doing the same thing. We refuse to play that game.

Why ‘Will’?

Beyond being a banging name, Will has three powerful meanings:

 1. As a Noun – Determination, decision-making, and intent.
 • We have the will to succeed.
 • Free will means we make our own choices.
 • It was his will to help others.
 2. As a Verb (Auxiliary) – Future action, promises, and certainty.
 • She will have candidate profiles with you tomorrow.
 • I will work harder than my competitors.
 • You will get a great service.
 3. As a Verb (Main) – Making things happen.
 • She willed herself to make a placement.

What We Do Best

We separate the talkers from the doers.

The ones who claim, “I’ve been billing £20k a month since birth” vs. the ones who actually know their market, understand the big players, and get sh*t done.

If you don’t care how your company is represented, if you’re happy to use multiple agencies taking half-baked briefs and sending your best candidates to competitors, there are 39,000+ agencies who will do that for you.

We won’t.

What we Will do

If the person we place leaves within three months, we give you 100% of your fee back. No sliding scales. No fine print. All of it.

Why?

Because we back ourselves.

I’m putting my name and reputation on this because the buck stops with me. We’re moving away from the impersonal AI/outsourced model that breeds zero accountability - back to real, human relationships where responsibility matters.

Let’s do things properly.
