John He

John John is currently serving as Counsel at WilmerHale, having previously held positions as a Senior Associate at the firm. They gained diverse experience as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 2022 to 2023 and as a Skadden Fellow at Public Justice between 2020 and 2022. John also completed judicial clerkships at The Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Courts of Appeals after earning their Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, where they graduated magna cum laude. Their earlier experience includes a judicial internship and a summer associate role at Altshuler Berzon. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physiological Science from UCLA.
