Buse Sen

Buse Sen is a Senior Customer Quality Engineer at Wilo Group since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing claims, warranty management, pump selections, and providing technical support for A/B/C customers. Previously, Buse served as an OEM Customer Quality Manager, handling similar quality management tasks. Prior to joining Wilo Group, Buse worked as a Quality Engineer at İnkwer A.Ş. from October 2019 to February 2021, focusing on the quality of expansion joints production, ISO 9001:2015 management, CE marking, and various audits. Buse holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, earned in 2019.
