Filippo Penna has extensive experience in sales and account management within the HVAC and refrigeration sectors. Currently serving as Key Account Manager OEM at Wilo Group since March 2017, Filippo focuses on sales for OEM/IEM in Italy. Prior to this role, experience at Honeywell from November 2008 to February 2017 included pivotal positions as Key Account Manager for ACS OEM HVAC and Sales Account and Application Engineer for ECC OEM. In these roles, responsibilities encompassed managing Italian key OEMs, budgeting, forecasting, and developing new markets. Additional experience includes time as an External Collaborator with the Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Australia from April 2006 to March 2008 and as Sales Development Manager at TAZZETTI Technologies S.p.A. from November 2004 to March 2008. Filippo holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2004.
