Gustavo Figa is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the HVAC and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager Spain and Regional Sales Manager for the East & Balearic Islands at Wilo Group since May 2019, Gustavo has previously held significant roles at Soler & Palau as OEM Export Manager, managing direct sales of industrial ventilation products, and at Sealed Air Corporation as Technical Sales Manager, leading a post-sale team across Spain and Portugal. Earlier in his career, Gustavo worked at GE Power Controls as a Laboratory Engineer, conducting electrical and electromechanical testing, and at Hitachi Air Conditioning Products Europe in a technical capacity. Gustavo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master’s in Marketing Management from EADA Business School.
