Janik Melzer

Janik Melzer is currently serving as the E-Learning und Blended Learning Manager at Wilo Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Janik worked at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG from July 2020 to June 2023 as a Junior Referent in Digital Learning, focusing on HR-Strategie and Digitalisierung. Janik began professional experience at Compass Boots- und Yachtzubehör, where responsibilities included roles in marketing and completing an apprenticeship as a Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann from August 2016 to June 2019. Janik is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to graduate in November 2024.
