Marc de Wolff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of the HVAC Projects Division at WILO SE since June 2013, Marc has a proven track record of transforming underperforming companies into profitable entities. Notable achievements include leadership roles at Valco Group France, where operational restructuring led to significant profitability, and at MAN Turbo AG, where Marc held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Earlier career milestones include successfully restructuring PT MAN TURBO South East Asia, contributing to the launch of ABB Power Generation Industries in Southeast Asia, and managing steam turbine projects at MAN Gutehoffnungshütte GmbH and Siemens.
