Meike Gladen is currently the Leitung Vertriebssteuerung for the Wilo Group, overseeing sales operations in Germany. Previously, Meike held multiple roles at HELLA, including Operations Product Manager and Project Manager/Executive Assistant to the Management Board. Meike also gained valuable experience as a student trainee in Central Customer Service and Quality Assurance at WILO SE, and completed internships at Daimler AG and Wincor Nixdorf, where project evaluation and financial forecasting were key responsibilities. Meike holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Dortmund.
