Mohamed Afify

Mohamed Afify, CMA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and accounting. Since February 2017, Mohamed has served as Financial Controller at Wilo Group, where responsibilities include guiding financial decisions, ensuring asset protection through the establishment and enforcement of policies and internal controls, and conducting audits. Prior to that, Mohamed worked at MCS Free Zone from October 2013 to February 2017, initially as a Cost & Receivables Accountant focusing on budget variance analysis and cost determination, before transitioning to the role of Treasury Accountant, managing supplier payments and account reconciliations. Mohamed's earlier experience includes a position as Showroom Accountant at Dawlia For Industrial Service, managing inventory and customer accounts. Academically, Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, completed CMA Part 2 and CFA Level I courses, and has received training in CMA Part 1.
