Stefan Lau

Stefan Lau is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Group Director of Process Engineering at WILO SE since January 2011, overseeing teams in New Technologies & Digitalization, Projects, Industrial Engineering, Change Management & Product Care, and New Product Introduction. Previously, Stefan held the position of Head of Process Engineering, leading teams in process and technology development, as well as test engineering. Additionally, Stefan served as Senior Manager for Quality Management in the Group Electronic & Motors, focusing on global supplier assessments, standard definitions for electronic products, and qualification of new technologies. Prior to WILO SE, Stefan was Group Manager for Production Technologies at Helbako GmbH, responsible for personal management, process planning, and new product development in the field of electronic assembly. Stefan Lau holds a degree in Physical Technologies from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster.
