Wilson Brown is a specialist engineering staffing partner, delivering exceptional software engineering, product, and AI talent to companies that move fast, deploy often, and maintain a high bar for technical excellence.

We partner closely with VC-backed start-ups and scale-ups, as well as engineering-led organisations, supporting teams where high agency, ownership, and pace of execution are fundamental to success.

Our core expertise is scaling engineering teams for product-led businesses, with deep experience across FinTech, FinCrime, and RegTech, operating in complex, high-stakes environments where reliability, quality, and speed matter.

We provide direct hire and contract solutions, helping organisations build the engineering capability that drives growth, innovation, and execution - from early team formation through to multi-team scale.
