Wilson Grey connects FinTech & SaaS startups and high-growth tech businesses with people who scale revenue and ship product.

Since 2015, we’ve built GTM, Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams across the UK and US.

We partner with Founders and leaders of ambitious tech businesses which need a recruitment partner that moves fast and understands the startups face when hiring.

We cover key GTM and tech roles: AEs to CRO/CCO/CMO, and ML and Data Science engineers and Product Managers to technical leaders (CTO/CPO/VP Engineering).

Clients can expect honest feedback on their role and budget on day one, a shortlist in 3-5 days for permanent roles and 24-48 hours for contract, weekly reports, and a time-to-fill of 30 days or less (offer-accept rate: 92%).

Recent searches include three Data Scientists for an AI platform, a first CTO for a MarTech company, CROs for two FinTechs, and two AEs for a SaaS startup.

If you need a key hire or to scale a function, send the spec or ask for a benchmark shortlist.
