Barbara Sheaffer

Barbara Sheaffer has had extensive work experience in the field of education. Barbara started their career in 2002 as a Wilson® Credentialed Trainer at Wilson Language Training. Barbara later became a Wilson Dyslexia Therapist/Wilson® Credentialed On-Call Trainer and then transitioned to the role of Literacy Advisor/Literacy Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Administrator Relations at Wilson Language Training. In addition to their work at Wilson, Barbara also served as a Special Education Coordinator at Greenwood School District from 2006 to 2022.

Barbara Sheaffer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completing it in 2002. Additionally, Barbara obtained an Administrative-Principal K-12 Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
