Mary Beth Lamb

Mary Beth Lamb is a seasoned consultant, speaker, and educator with over 30 years of experience in global leadership and intercultural management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at both the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business and Wake Forest University, they specialize in global leadership and performance improvement. Lamb has held senior consulting roles at various organizations, including Lift Salesforce Consulting and ECCO International, and has contributed to enhancing international communication and cultural competence. They co-founded Transnational Strategies and continue to engage in global executive coaching through The Prouty Project. Mary Beth holds a B.A. with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Communications and pursued post-graduate studies at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau.
