Michael Leimbach, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Research and Development at Wilson Learning, where they have led research and design initiatives since 1984. With expertise in sales effectiveness, leadership development, and performance improvement, Michael has developed numerous evaluation systems and managed significant research projects for a diverse array of global organizations. Additionally, they have contributed to the academic community as an adjunct faculty member at various institutions and currently serve on the board of editorial and advisory councils for several professional publications and organizations. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Ph.D. in Developmental Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
