Simon Cave is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as the National Manager of Operations, Projects, & Transformation at Wilson Security since March 2021. Previously, Simon held various leadership roles, including National Manager Operational Excellence and Victorian State Manager at Wilson Security. Prior experience includes serving as the National Manager of Customer Strategy & Relationships and National Sales Manager at South Pacific Laundry Australia, as well as Sales Manager - Victoria and Senior Business Manager at Daniels Health. Simon began career at Recall as an Account Manager and worked at Pacific Brands in multiple roles including Key Account Manager. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing from La Trobe University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
