While the company focuses on appraisals in and near the Memphis, MSA, services are available for select properties throughout the southeastern United States.

Chris R. Wilson, MAI, AI-GRS., is the principal owner and has practiced as a certified general real estate appraiser in Memphis MSA since 1996.  He has performed appraisals, market studies and feasibility services on a variety of commercial properties.
