Philip Weaver

Philip Weaver is an accomplished software engineering and program management professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Software Engineering & Program Manager at Wilson Electronics since February 2015, Philip manages the organization responsible for embedded firmware in cellular amplifiers and oversees project management for various consumer and enterprise products. Previously, as the Senior Director of Product Services at Navigation Solutions, Philip directed a diverse team in support of the Hertz NeverLost ecosystem. Philip's long tenure at Nortel Networks encompassed multiple roles, including Senior Software Development Manager, where leadership focused on the development of SIP multimedia soft clients and VoIP services. Earlier career experiences include software engineering roles at Intecom and AT&T. Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
