Frank Cattenstart

Frank Cattenstart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both wellness and engineering. Since October 2020, Frank serves as the owner of FF-Niks, focusing on vitality coaching, mindfulness, massage therapy, and breath coaching. Concurrently, Frank holds positions as a production engineer and NPI technician at Wilting, involved in testing and generating work instructions for the Flood Column ASML project. Frank has also contributed as a prototype technician at DENS and as a cleanroom technician at NTS Mechatronics B.V., specializing in EUV and NPI testing. Frank's career began at ASML, where leadership skills were developed over nearly a decade. An extensive educational background in various massage therapies, traditional Chinese medicine, and coaching complements their professional experience. Frank is currently pursuing a Spanish language course while continuing studies in various wellness programs.
