Andy has worked in the retained executive search industry for over 13 years and for a decade has supported Partner hires for management consulting clients and executive leadership hires for corporate clients. He has built a broad senior network across multiple sectors throughout the UK, Northern Europe, the Nordics, North America, and the Middle East, with a notable focus on Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities and Life Sciences.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Andy spent 10 years at a leading independent search firm, specialising in Industrials and Professional Services. He is passionate advocate for sustainability and helping clients to innovate and disrupt the industries in which they work.
