Simon is a Partner within Wilton & Bain’s Global Technology & Digital Services practice,

Throughout his career, Simon has delivered search assignments for some of the world’s most well-known IT services and consulting companies. These mandates have typically been global in remit and at the Director, VP/ Partner or SVP/ Managing Partner level, spanning General Management, Sales, Technology Innovation and Client Delivery.

Simon grew up through the ranks as a Researcher and Manager in Wilton & Bain’s London office, before moving to San Francisco in 2017 and latterly New York in 2019.

Education: 2:1 in English Literature from the University of York.
