Christopher Collins

Christopher Collins is currently the Asset Management Director at Wilton Developments, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Christopher served as the Head of Asset Management at Potter Space from 2022 to 2025, and as an Asset Manager at Town Centre Securities PLC from 2017 to 2019. Christopher's earlier experience includes positions such as Commercial Property Manager at Arch - The Northumberland Development Company and Rating Surveyor at Altus Edwin Hill. Christopher began their career as a Graduate Surveyor at Lawrence Hannah and has also worked as a Property Manager at The Whitfield Group and a Sales and Retention Surveyor at Bruntwood. Christopher earned a degree from Northumbria University between 2005 and 2009.
