Robert H.

Robert H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries over the years. Robert started their career as an Automotive Technician at Courtesy Chevrolet in 2005 and then worked as a Lead Mechanic at MB2 Raceway from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they gained further experience as a Summer Intern at AeroVironment and as an Engineer Intern at Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

In 2013, Robert joined Honda Performance Development, Inc. as a Top End Development Lead, where they led the internal combustion engine development for Honda's motorsport programs in North America. Robert also worked on electrification and hybridization battery projects and contributed to Model Based Systems Engineering correlation efforts.

After their tenure at Honda, Robert worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Garrett - Advancing Motion from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer of RH Moto Worx, a motorcycle component manufacturing company specializing in suspension parts. Additionally, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Wilwood Engineering since 2023.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in engineering, management, and the automotive industry.

Robert H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge in the years 2009-2013. Robert then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same university in the years 2019-2020.

In addition to their formal education, Robert H. has also obtained several certifications. These include "Influencing Others" and "Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)" from Garrett - Advancing Motion in June 2023 and February 2023, respectively. Robert also holds certifications in "Teamwork Skills: Communicating Effectively in Groups" from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2022, "The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work" from the University of London in May 2022, and "Innovation and emerging technology: Be disruptive" from Macquarie University in March 2022. Prior to their formal education, Robert H. received certification in "Automotive Service Technicians And Mechanics" from ASE - National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence in 2005.
