Benoit Lacrosse

Benoit Lacrosse has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and IT. Benoit began their career as a Telecommunications Field Engineer at Siemens, where they were responsible for maintaining telecom infrastructure for various customers. Benoit then moved on to the role of Senior Telecommunications Engineer, where they provided second-level support and focused on PABX networking and protocols. Benoit later became a Solution Integrator at Siemens, where they worked on developing and testing new VoIP solutions. Benoit then transitioned to the role of Solution Architect, where they were responsible for technical design for large enterprise customers.

In 2013, Benoit joined Unify as a Senior Solutions Architect, leading customer workshops and acting as a design authority for technical conception. In 2015, they took on a new challenge and joined the presales team, focusing more on customer visions, needs, and added value for their business.

Most recently, Benoit has been working at Win s.a. as the Head of Delivery & CRM, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this role, they were an Integration Architect and Demand Manager at the same company.

Benoit Lacrosse completed their education history with a Master en Sciences de gestion degree in Management Général from the University of Liège, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master Ingénieur Industriel degree in Ingénierie électrique et électronique from the Institut Gramme, from 1993 to 1998.
